I always like to look back on a year to understand what the recurring themes, the more salient issues were from the days gone by. Then, I’m able to release it all and make room for whatever rises to the top in the year ahead.
My take-away – you can’t go wrong with face-to-face connection with family, friends or strangers!

My take-away – just slow down and enjoy each moment (the good, the bad, the ugly). In being fully present, and accepting that “it just is” makes most everything pleasurable (or at least, acceptable).
Caught in the ACT (Acceptance & Commitment Therapy
My take-away – do less, sit more; and, be okay with the painful emotions that will rise and fall like the tides.
My take-away – is to balance nature and social; outdoor and indoor across my life. And, to adapt to what nature brings my way (hot/cold, wet/dry, stormy/calm) rather than to say “no.”
